There's actually a connection between your two final sentences...
...but it's not the one you think. She actually found the link to the story. During the summer when there's no teaching to be done I can drink my morning Bailey's while surfing the web, and inevitably something like this turns up.
Saturday is in readiness. I think a general announcement will be made at the reception also, but so you guys know: as the reception site needs to be turned back to the caterers for breakdown at 11, the party will likely move to one of the many, many neighborhood establishments afterwards for those interested.
